D&D was awarded the opportunity to provide Construction Management services as the General Contractor for the upcoming Embassy Suites located in Pooler, Ga. Based in Florida, D&D was able to offer the most competitive yet realistic budget for this hotel despite our location and lack of presence at the time in the Georgia market. The Embassy Suites will be a seven story, 141,681 square foot entity. It will include 162 rooms, an indoor pool and spa, ballroom, convention space, as well as a full restaurant and lounge. Construction is anticipated to start September 2008 with estimated top-off date in December of 2009 and completion to be in January of 2010.
